At RM, we see AI as our intern. Handy for helping us experiment with different structures or test specific tones, but never trusted to lead our work. Because it can’t feel. It can’t connect. And it can’t deliver the type of strategic thinking your brand messaging deserves.

How we use (and don’t use) AI at RM

We use AI to:

  • Beat blank-page syndrome
  • Explore and test ideas
  • Play with phrasing or tone

But we never let AI take control. That means, we never use it to:

  • Drive strategy or dictate messaging
  • Write on our behalf, start to finish
  • Analyse sensitive or confidential client info
