Founder & Director
When I was little, I wanted to be: A kindy teacher
A marketer born and bred, I took the leap into copywriting after a decade in the corporate world. In those early years, I freelanced by day and lectured in marketing at Monash by night. As my client base grew, I brought on other writers to lend a hand – and over time, RM evolved into a small but mighty agency with big projects always on the go. Today, I focus on client strategy, team leadership and business development.

General Manager
When I was little, I wanted to be: An archaeologist
An insatiable learner, I’ve followed my curiosity through several careers – from public servant and high school science teacher to nightclub co-owner. That breadth of experience taught me how to think critically, communicate clearly and lead with empathy. Today, as GM, I bring strategy, structure and a calm head to the fast-moving world of creative projects – keeping our people supported and our clients in very good hands.
