Writing for the IT industry is not an easy task – how do you make really technical, totally unsexy topics engaging and valuable for the end user? It’s possible, but rarely done well. Working with Refresh Marketing, they stuck to the brief to a T: the content was well-written, engaging, had ample references (key when you’re in an industry that requires facts), and was in our brand voice – with no edits! Their process was great and allowed me to see that they’d understood the brief well before they even wrote the piece.
