Statewide Mutual
Statewide Mutual is Australia’s largest member-owned local government self-insurance pool. We began our work with them in 2020 and have continued a strong partnership since. It was important that the quality of writing extended to their staff. That’s why we held writing skills training at their 2021 conference and crafted a writing style guide to ensure all staff communicates in a professional and consistent manner.
